Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Deliver exceptional patient care through impeccable C-I-CARE skills, ensuring a positive in-office experience
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide best-in-class venipuncture services
- Assist with extended scope duties, maintaining high standards of in-office care
- Support patient care beyond the lab room, answering messages, following up on lab cases, and assisting with clerical duties
- Contribute to team development through active participation in team huddles, problem-solving, and ad hoc asks
