Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse patient panel with a range of acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues to support their growth and development.
Qualifications For This Role:
- Accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program completion.
- At least 2 of the last 5 years practicing in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0 ).
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
- State licensure in Kansas and Missouri, obtained before your One Medical start date.
