Job Description Summary
As a Per Diem Family Medicine Physician, you'll provide high-quality patient care, conduct routine check-ups, and treat acute and chronic conditions. You'll also collaborate with our in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to deliver seamless care experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional telehealth visits.
- Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
- Utilizing specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
Required qualifications include:
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
- State licensed in California, obtained before your start date.
