Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Strategic Implementation: Design and implement large-scale strategic initiatives, including project plan, reporting, communications, stakeholder engagement and change management
- Partnership Management: Manage and grow strategic partnerships (e.g., employer onsite clinics, direct primary care), aligning partner goals and implementing improvement strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels and functions (e.g. Operations, Clinical, Client Success, Product, Marketing) to drive project execution
- Business Performance Management: Manage project KPIs and SLAs and equip teams with tools to exceed targets in business performance
- Structured Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Break down complex problems into manageable actions and lead improvement initiatives supporting scalability and growth

Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of program or project management experience
- 4 years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives in healthcare
- 4 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 4 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in client-facing or partnership roles
