The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Basic Qualifications
- 7 years of design experience
- An online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience designing for healthcare or other complex, regulated industries
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create polished, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience
- Proven strategic thinker who can influence product strategy through design thinking and user advocacy
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies
- Experience working in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
- Ability to leverage analytics and qualitative data to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of changes
- Experience owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and executing independently
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
