Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure all company documents and files are properly organized and easily accessible
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and photocopying
