We look for:
- Sales Experience: 5 - 7 years proven sales record
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or any related field
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Effective Communication Skills (English and Spanish)
- Experience in banking and finance a plus
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Business to business sales experience a plus
- Telesales experience
- Ability to Build Rapport with Merchants
- Persuasive
- A track record of success as a closer achieving or beating sales goals and quotas
- Desire to work for an organization that thrives on hard work and celebrates success while having a great time
- Ability to build relationships, convey the value of our products, obtain commitments, and guide our merchants through the funding process
- Skill and desire to learn our financial products
- Proficient with MS Office/Outlook
- Type 40 words a minute with minimal errors
