Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
-Closing duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
-Open work availability
- Previous management experience in food service or pizzeria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of pizzeria operations is preferred
