Partnerships Coordinator
One River School of Art Design is seeking a dynamic business development professional to help grow and maintain our partnership programs within the tri-state area. The role will help research, market, and follow up with new partners to grow the business. Working with community partners including: K-12 Schools, Residential Facilities, After School Programs, Homeschool Associations and other organizations that might benefit from a vibrant and turnkey creative education experience. This role will be partly remote - with one day per week in Englewood, NJ and the rest of the time working from home or traveling to visit the programs throughout northern NJ.

What you will do:
Operational Management:
- This position will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to manage and coordinate partnerships that drive One Rivers' growth, community impact, and brand visibility
- Maintain relationships with current and potential partners, including local schools, companies, community organizations, and industry professionals
- Organize and monitor logistics for partnership relations such as draft contracts, finalize deals, send invoices, and partner follow up
- Identify who will be the key stakeholders to reach out to
- Research potential sites/organizations that would benefit from One River programs
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise and follow up consistently with potential customers
- Assist in the development of collateral marketing materials to help promote the programs
- Assist with staffing needs by reviewing educator applications
- Assist in finding class coverages for programs
- Work closely alongside the Director of Partnerships to cultivate lasting relationships with partners
- Report weekly to the Director of partnerships to review priorities and developments
- The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, detail oriented, and have a strong understanding of operations and partnership development within an educational or creative environment
- May require teaching programs periodically
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or operations, preferably in an educational or creative sector
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Passion for the arts and understanding of One River School’s mission is essential
- Clean current drivers license
- Driven and goal oriented
- Bachelors degree in Art, Art Education, Marketing, or Communications Degree
- Strong knowledge of art techniques and mediums

Competitive salary of $55,000
