Mobile Security Officer (Full-time)

ONE Security Company (OSC) is expanding our operations and conducting immediate interviews to fill one open Mobile Security Professional position in Eugene. The position will work 7p-7a overnight shifts on a 3 days on 4 days off and 4 days on 3 days off cadence. This includes overtime on each pay period. Additional hours are also available to cover vacations.

JOB DETAILS:

- Consistent work schedule

- Work schedule is overnight from 7p-7a. Holiday shifts and overtime pay at time-and-a-half.

- Pay schedule is every two weeks

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

· Drive One Security vehicle providing security presence.

· Provide professional and courteous security services.

· The employee will patrol multiple properties to ensure no damage or issues have occurred throughout the night.

· The employee will make multiple, complete tours of several properties. Employees will patrol the facility's by vehicle and on foot.

·Employees will make reports on problems that were identified, resolved, and followed up on throughout the employee's shift.

·The employee will notify emergency services when needed.

JOB SKILLS:

· Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing.

· Basic knowledge of computers.

· Ability to walk and climb stairs.

· Ability to see and hear accurately in both day and nighttime conditions.

· Ability to understand and apply company policies, procedures, concepts and to be able to respond using discretion and interpretive judgment based on general and specific policies.

· Ability to retain knowledge, information, and directions on an ongoing basis and communicate effectively with others.

· Ability to complete detailed reports and submit them in a timely manner.

· Ability to apply common sense and provided training while safely handling emergency situations.

· Knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid (Training Provided if needed)

· Ability to learn the layout of the site and specific areas assigned.

· Skills in operating portable radio devices and phones.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum of 18 years of age.

· Free from felony convictions.

· Provide 3-Year Employment Driving Record (through Oregon DMV: https://www.oregon.gov/odot/dmv/pages/records/available.aspx)

· Customer-service oriented and friendly.

· Ability to pay close attention to details.

· Ability to embody company values as a highly visible representative of the company, peers, and client's. Must set and maintain high standards for themselves and others.
