What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Supervisor (Full-time) position at One Security Company?
ONE Security Company (OSC) is expanding our operations and conducting immediate interviews to fill one open Mobile Security Supervisor position in Eugene. The position will work 7p-7a overnight shifts on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can operate independently and help triage problems with employees in the field.

JOB DETAILS:
- Consistent work schedule
- Work schedule is overnight from 7p-7a. Holiday shifts and overtime pay at time-and-a-half.
- Pay schedule is every two weeks
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Prioritize dispatch calls received from clients and ensure timely response.
- Answer mobile security officer questions in the field and provide guidance as needed.
- Confer with law enforcement when required to coordinate responses or resolve incidents.
- Review report and performance quality for mobile security officers, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- Drive a One Security vehicle and provide a proactive security presence to multiple sites. Priorize client needs and stop requirements.
- Provide professional and courteous security services. Engage with the public in a manner that follows company guidelines.
- Patrol multiple properties to ensure no damage or issues have occurred throughout the night.
- Make multiple, complete tours of several properties, both by vehicle and on foot.
- Review, edit, and approve security reports submitted by staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Stock and maintain office/vehicle supplies and ensure company vehicles are properly maintained.
- Respond to and cover shift callouts when necessary to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor and evaluate site performance to maintain compliance with company standards.
JOB SKILLS:
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ability to walk and climb stairs.
- Ability to see and hear accurately in both day and nighttime conditions.
- Ability to understand and apply company policies, procedures, and concepts with discretion and judgment.
- Ability to retain knowledge, information, and directions on an ongoing basis and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to complete, review, and submit detailed reports in a timely manner.
- Ability to apply common sense and training while safely handling emergency situations.
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid (Training provided if needed).
- Ability to learn the layout of the site and specific areas assigned.
- Skills in operating portable radio devices and phones.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Free from felony convictions.
- Provide a 3-Year Employment Driving Record (through Oregon DMV: Oregon DMV Records).
- Customer-service oriented and friendly.
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Ability to embody company values as a highly visible representative of the company, peers, and clients. Must set and maintain high standards for themselves and others.
