Assembly Line Production Worker

Purpose; Scope of Responsibility:

Operate various manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to create parts or components.
• Work from written and verbal instructions
• Work to set production pace
• Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Cross train in various work centers
• Perform quality checks
• Fill out necessary production/quality paperwork completely and accurately
• This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting IATF16949 and understanding the consequences of the product/process not meeting the standard or customer’s quality requirements.

Education/Background/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Will work in metric numbers and be able to interpret basic production data to decide on production and quality issues.
• Dependable and team orientated.
• High sense of responsibility.

Environmental Factors: Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, stoop, lift, push, pull and twist. Lift up to 10lbs to 25 lbs. on a regular basis. Some areas have high temperatures.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
