General Job Description

The Quality Trainer is responsible for inspecting materials, products, and processes to ensure they

meet the required quality standards and training Inspectors. This role involves performing tests,

measurements, and visual inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished

goods and providing hands-on guidance to employees to enhance their understanding of quality

management systems and compliance requirements. The Quality Trainer works closely with teams

across the organization to promote a culture of quality excellence.

services. Total Quality management is a joint effort of management and team members in order to

exceed customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production processes to ensure they meet internal and external quality standards.
  • Inspect products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
  • Conduct tests on products to assess their functionality, durability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Use specialized testing equipment (e.g., Spiral test machine, CMM machines) to verify product dimensions and quality.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure proper inspection procedures.
  • Ensure that all inspections are conducted according to company standards, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME).
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and participate in audits as needed.
  • Identify products that need rework or repair and coordinate with production teams to address issues.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure quality problems are resolved and not repeated.
  • Communicate quality issues to production staff and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
  • Record and document inspection results, including measurements, defects, and test outcomes.
  • Report quality issues to supervisors or quality engineers and collaborate on corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications or Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1~2years’ experience on quality management or related field.
  • Additional technical certifications in quality control or inspection (preferred).
  • Proficiency in the use of measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teams.
