Overview
As an Technical Project Coordinator II (TPC II) you are a versatile project lead that supports Service Delivery and other departments within One Source. You’ll manage large Service Delivery Projects for enterprise level customers and small to medium cross-functional projects. To be successful, you need to be able to communicate, play on a team, hold others accountable, and stay organized.

- Build project plans and establish unique project protocols.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve risks/issues related to your projects.
- Work with Sales Engineering and/or Solutions Teams to develop telecom solutions that fit our customers’ goals while minimizing risks.
- Scope projects to identify needs, objectives, expectations, resources, acceptance, and constraints, use this information to generate statements of work.
- Track order milestones and support orders that have fallen behind schedule.
- Lead project meetings with enterprise customers and suppliers.
- Report to project stakeholders (internal or external) on project progress and risks/issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including TOIs, protocols, and project dashboards.
- Work independently and take initiative to meet deadlines, solve problems, and move your projects to the finish line.

- You can juggle many tasks and deadlines at one time. You keep detailed notes and have a sound organizational strategy.

- You understand that everyone is human. You can build trust, be a cheerleader, and address mistakes without being demeaning.
- Tech-savvy. You in formulas and shortcuts to quickly analyze data in Excel. You have experience in project management tools like Smartsheet and learning new software comes easy to you.
- Dynamic Work Environment. Fighting fires is no problem for you. Escalations can happen quickly, and you’re able to stay on top of them.
- Data Crunching. You’re not intimidated by large data sets. You’re able to analyze data to prioritize your projects or answer questions from stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school or high school equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience successfully leading complex projects.
- 2 years of telecom industry experience, ideally within fixed telecom.
- 2 years of business operations experience working with enterprise level customers.
- Certified Associate Project Management certification or equivalent entry level certification.
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
