Our diverse client portfolio covers the majority of the state of Connecticut. We service banks, credit unions, medical offices, manufacturing plants, assisted living facilities, and non for profits.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accessing and executing scheduled work orders in a timely fashion. Completing each task in a detail oriented and professional manner. Most importantly, demonstrating a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with clients/public personnel. Day to day tasks include providing troubleshooting, repair and/or de-escalate issues as appropriate. Safely operate and/or maintain equipment within OSHA guidelines. Provide Customer Service Team with accurate automated Service Reports through the use of our in-house software. Provide and complete scheduled on site detailed inspections to identify further areas of interest to the client and potential repairs if present.
Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician

- Manage assigned calendar, preparing for the work day in all aspects
- Maintain assigned company truck clean and properly stocked for scheduled services (supplies, keys, tools)
- High level of responsiveness to instructions and assignments
- Functions well with minimum supervision
- Proper and safe use of warehouse resources, tools, and supplies
- Generates collaborative ideas to troubleshoot on the spot
- Provide a helpful hand & collaborative effort when working with others
- Responds to client/customer service team feedback in a respectful & timely manner
- Accurately informs customer service team of any changes to Work Order scope
- Complete scheduled Work Orders with a high degree of detail and communication
- Post Work Order completion: accurately complete automated Service Reports for customer service team
- Provide feedback to Supervisor on Work Orders, operations, client interaction, daily efficiency, possible changes, scheduling, or time management
Requirements
- Valid CT Driver’s License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 plus years of related work experience
- Experience in Construction, Facility Maintenance or Customer Service industry preferred
Health & Safety certificates and other building maintenance certifications a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
