About the Role : LSP is seeking a General Manager to join one of our growing teams in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a home service company, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will provide strategic guidance, foster a positive and high-performing work environment, and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Our dedicated team members live and work here, so we understand the importance of honesty, loyalty and integrity. Air conditioning is a necessity in our climate, and our customers count on us to keep the environment inside their homes healthy, comfortable and energy efficient. At One Source Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, we know there is nothing more frustrating than a broken air conditioner, especially during the hottest part of the summer. If your service provider isn’t communicating, that only makes the situation worse. We answer every repair inquiry promptly and maintain a large service department to address our customers’ equipment problems quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
- Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify talent needs, participate in the recruitment and selection process, and support the professional development of employees.
- Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
