Qualified applicant will have a minimum of three years professional landscape maintenance experience. You must have excellent leadership skills to supervise and direct other team members, communicate with customers and management, and efficiently delegate tasks. Looking for a self starter. If you are the type of person who doesn't need to be told what to do, but takes pride in the quality of work you do, the condition of your equipment, and the efficiency with which you complete these tasks, we want to talk to you! Must be proficient with zero turn mower, edging with both blade and line trimmer, tree and shrub pruning, and irrigation trouble shooting and repair. Basic mechanic skills a plus.
Applicants must have a valid drivers license, track record of being reliable to show up on time, ready to work, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems to promote healthy growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds and equipment, performing necessary maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute landscaping projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
