Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing HR programs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process, including HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Administer workers' compensation programs and manage related claims. Maintain and enhance employee benefit programs including health insurance
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance effectively.
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure organizational stability and growth.
- Manage HR budgets and allocate resources efficiently for various HR programs.
- Provide guidance on program management to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
- Perform other related special projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR practices.
- Knowledge of employment labor law and OSHA regulations is essential.
- Strong skills in HR sourcing, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and program management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency with the ability to learn the organizations software programs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
