Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
Experience :
2 years of proven social media management experience with increasing responsibility and a successful track record.
Social Media Expertise :
Deep knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), including algorithms, best practices, and content formats.
Experience setting up and managing TikTok Shop, including running promotions.
Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred).
Hands-on experience with paid social advertising campaigns (Meta Ads expertise required).
Strong understanding of analytics and reporting, with the ability to track metrics and provide actionable insights.
Content Creation :
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to embody our client's unique brand voice.
Video and photo editing expertise using relevant tools and software.
Comfortable creating and appearing in video content.
Communication & Customer Service :
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing customer inquiries and resolving issues on social platforms.
Other Essential Skills :
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for social media and an interest in sports (sports knowledge preferred but not required).
Creative mindset with a knack for content ideation and campaign development.
Bonus Points :
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Familiarity with graphic design tools and techniques.
A natural coolness that can’t be taught.
Proven ability to dominate in cup pong.
