Position Overview:
We are hiring from the Northeast Wisconsin and Louisville Kentucky areas. As an Entry-Level Structured Cabling Installer, you’ll gain hands-on training in network cabling, including copper and fiber optic solutions. You’ll be part of a team that installs and maintains data, voice, AV, and security systems in commercial settings across the U.S. We provide mentoring and guidance from experienced lead technicians to help you grow in the low-voltage and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn to install and terminate data cables and network systems
Safely operate tools, ladders, and MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)
Collaborate with team members and other trades on projects
Maintain a clean, professional work environment
Learn to read floor plans and install cabling according to project specifications
Required Qualifications:
No prior experience needed—just a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 40 pounds and work at heights
