Position Overview:
We are hiring locally in Northeast Wisconsin. As a Field Service Network Technician, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems, including switches, routers, and wireless access points. You’ll also perform tasks like cabling, and work with data, VoIP, and wireless technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure network equipment: Switches, routers, access points, servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues: Data, VoIP, wireless systems.
Perform structured cabling tasks, including pulling and terminating network cables.
Collaborate with electricians, locksmiths, and other trades.
Use power tools, ladders, and MEWPs safely.
Required Skills/Experience:
Basic network troubleshooting and experience with VoIP, data, and wireless systems.
Experience with structured cabling and terminating cables.
Microsoft, Cisco, or A certifications (preferred).
- At least 2 years of industry-related experience (preferred).

Microsoft Office proficiency required while Visio, Bluebeam and CAD software a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 40 pounds and work at heights
- Color differentiation for wire identification

Willingness to travel 60-75% of the time.
