Site Safety Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to oversee construction projects and traffic management team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with company policy, safety regulations and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the ability to effectively manage risks on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversite of Safety and Quality standards on construction and traffic management sites.
• Implement and enforce compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of ATSSA standards and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Manage risk assessment processes to mitigate safety risks associated with construction and flagging.
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Provide training and guidance to workers on safety protocols and best practices
• Fleet management
• other duties as required

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or as a Site Supervisor in the construction or traffic management industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles related to construction sites.
• Familiarity with compliance management practices, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
