Due to the exponential growth in Baltimore, they have engaged our firm to seek out the best talent for a Controls Engineer Manager position.
The Controls Engineer Manager will develop and focus on a team strategy and goals for the projects that are assigned. The team leader / manger will recruit, hire, and train other engineers in order to accomplish the tasks. Guiding the team to develop hardware, software, and programming standards will be a must to be successful. The candidate will need a keen sense of identifying future proofing and controls initiatives work with. The Controls Engineer manager will service clients internationally and domestically throughout the year as an integral part of the role / customer solution.
Keys for success in the position include :
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and or instrumentation desired
- Experience with RsLogix5000 and Siemens / Allen Bradley PLCs
- CAD experience with electrical panel layout
- U.S. Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required for consideration
