Overview

One Source is a customer-driven company focused on delivering innovative solutions to businesses. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our team and drive the creation of compelling, strategic content that supports sales, marketing, and brand initiatives.

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, creation, and evolution of strategic content across multiple channels and formats. Your work will support our sales and marketing efforts by developing engaging digital, social, promotional, and thought leadership content. Additionally, you will create and refine product support materials, such as battlecards, one-pagers, and selling guides, to enhance engagement with customers, prospects, and channel sales partners.

This role requires a creative thinker with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences. A background in the technology industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and manage content across digital, social, promotional, and thought leadership channels.
  • Create product support materials, including battlecards, one-pagers, selling guides, and other sales enablement documents.
  • Craft engaging messaging tailored to different audiences, including customers, prospects, channel sales partners, and industry professionals.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, messaging guidelines, and strategic goals.

Content Distribution & Evolution

  • Optimize content for different formats and channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness in content across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze content performance and refine strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and marketing leaders to create compelling and accurate content.
  • Manage content projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a content calendar to support ongoing initiatives and sales priorities.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to craft engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement content, or product marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and digital content strategy.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., 6Sense, Salesforce).
  • Based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area (preferred but not required).
