As a Field Technician, Home Service Technician, or Restoration Technician, you'll gain expertise in insulation installation, air duct cleaning, HVAC systems, sump pump installation, and handyman repairs—all while working with a team that values growth, craftsmanship, and a job well done. - Starting Pay: $22 - $30/hour (Based on Experience)

What Your Day Looks Like
- Before the Workday: Check our scheduling app, review job
- details, and communicate with your team about the next day’s plan.
- Morning: Arrive at the shop, clock in, review estimates, load the van, and head to the job site in a company vehicle.
- On-Site: Meet the customer, listen to their needs, protect their home with floor coverings, and set up an air filter.
- The Work: Remove and bag existing vapor barriers and insulation. Install new insulation and vapor barriers for a refreshed, energy-efficient crawl space. Learn and assist with air duct cleaning, handyman repairs, and other restoration services.
Requirements!
- Must have drivers' license
- Must have good driving record
- Must use mobile phone for business schedule
- Able to accept direct deposit for your payroll
- experience with power tools is a plus
