Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an in-home ABA therapist and clinical supervisor. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team of RBTs to provide comprehensive ABA therapy and supervision services to children and families in Paterson, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families in Paterson, NJ
- Serve as a clinical supervisor for RBTs, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct caregiver training to ensure consistent progress and support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements:
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- ~1 years of experience in in-home ABA services (preferred)
