Job Description:
- Provide in-person ABA therapy and clinical supervision to clients
- Supervise and mentor ABA therapists/RBTs in implementing therapy programs
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure effective behavior strategies at home
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in home-based ABA therapy or clinic settings
