What You’ll Do :

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored treatment plans.

Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists (RBTs) to deliver effective therapy.

Monitor progress, update treatment goals, and adapt strategies as needed.

Train caregivers to implement behavior strategies for consistency.

Work collaboratively with families, educators, and team members to drive meaningful outcomes.

What You Bring :

BCBA Certification (required)

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.

1 year experience in in-home ABA therapy (preferred).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
