Your Role :
Conduct behavioral assessments (FBAs) and create customized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists / RBTs in implementing therapy programs.
Provide parent training to support consistent strategies at home.
Monitor client progress, adjust goals, and modify interventions when needed.
Partner with families and team members to ensure effective outcomes.
What We’re Looking For :
Active BCBA Certification (required).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in in-home ABA therapy or clinic-based settings (preferred).
