The Role:
We are seeking a BCBA to provide in-person ABA therapy and clinical supervision to our clients. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children with Autism.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients
- Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists/RBTs in implementing therapy programs
- Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure effective behavior strategies at home
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
