About the Position:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at One Step Forward in Egg Harbor City, NJ. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing in-person ABA therapy and clinical supervision to children with Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing ABA therapy and clinical supervision to clients
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Supervising and mentoring ABA Therapists/RBTs
- Providing parent and caregiver training
Requirements:
- Current BCBA Certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in home-based ABA therapy or clinic settings (preferred)
