Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team as an in-home ABA therapist and clinical supervisor. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive ABA therapy and supervision services to children and families in Paterson, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families in Paterson, NJ
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- ~1 years of experience in in-home ABA services (preferred)
