SCHEDULE :
Monday – Friday, 8 hours / day. Start and end times vary due to customers coast to coast.
We're growing so rapidly, that if you can barely keep up with the current work, you're not a fit for the position.
The job will grow, and you need to be ready to grow with it. A good starting point is if you're already a master of over-the-phone technical support on many different software products and tools. Hardware is part of our product, too, so electronic hardware support experience is a plus as well.
PLEASE NOTE : In this company, executive does NOT mean "someone who tells other people what to do". It means someone who takes full responsibility for anything that comes across their plate. Our goal is to have a team of highly responsible executives. If you're a customer support executive, that means you'll be responsible for interacting directly with customers all day, keeping customers overjoyed, for digging deep into technical issues reported by customers, and getting them FULLY resolved. For carefully documenting any improvements to our product that could keep our customers happier, to make our system more intuitive, so they never have to call us for help in the first place.
