What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Desk Technician position at One Step?
One Step Retail Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our external facing Network Support Specialist team at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES :
- Must learn quickly (Demonstrated by certifications)
- Excellent positive communication skills
- Credentials in : Windows OS, Firewalls, Securities, Virus
- Strong knowledge of DOS, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows7, Server2003, and Server 2008
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows networks
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting routers, hubs and switches
- Retail experience (Such as : ring sales, receiving and physical inventory)
- 2 years help desk experience
- Be able to work any of the following shifts and be available for after-hours, weekend / evening shifts :
6am 3pm
8am 5pm
10am 7pm
