One Stop Aquatic Safety LLC is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-conscious Lifeguards to join our dedicated team. As a lifeguard supervisor, you’ll supervise and lead our lifeguard staff, ensuring they consistently enforce safety guidelines, deliver outstanding guest service, and maintain a secure, welcoming aquatic environment for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Supervise lifeguard staff to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular training sessions in first aid, CPR, and swimming techniques.
- Oversee pool maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe environment for guests.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to pool equipment and maintenance.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate daily operations effectively.

Requirements
- Valid American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Strong swimming proficiency and demonstrated rescue capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to physically perform heavy lifting and maintenance tasks around the aquatic facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Lifeguard supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- American red cross lifeguard certificate (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
