Salary : $18-$22 DOE
One Stop Pool Pros Inc. has been in a National Commercial Swimming Pool & Aquatic Facility Management Company. We have been operating for over 40 years, and our aquatic experts have helped develop standards governing the aquatics industry.
We are looking for inspectors in Miami / Broward area.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service".
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and emails promptly and ensuring that the daily service requirements of all customers are met in a timely manner.
- Communicate job progress with customers, discuss any job problems, and send completion reports.
- Scheduling and Dispatch Field Technicians to the job site with the proper information.
- Coordinate internal logistics to maintain continuity on all work being performed.
- Review all service work, both in progress and when completed.
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly processes are followed including timely completion of service work and general recordkeeping.
- Weekend call rotations.
