The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 7-10 years of electrical experience including low and medium-voltage electrical work.
Construction Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Oversee low and medium-voltage work, including field connections to solar panels and the next tracker system.
- Provide oversight to the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Offer technical recommendations on electrical activities during construction.
- Ensure that all electrical work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
- Work with contractors to ensure technical and safety oversight.
- Ensure connections to the solar panels are secured.
