One Tech Engineering is looking for an ERP Analyst for a position located in Wausau, Wisconsin. The ERP Analyst will maintain and update the configuration of Acumatica to align with business requirements.
The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong focus on Acumatica.
Local candidates preferred. This is not a remote position.
ERP Analyst Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update configuration of Acumatica to align with business requirements.
- Customize modules and workflows to improve operational efficiency while ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in Acumatica.
- Create and update associated training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Acumatica.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Oversee data integration and maintenance within Acumatica.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
