">We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive safety program that meets or exceeds industry standards. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of safety management, including training programs, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a safety program that meets OSHA regulations and company policies; ">
- Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols; ">
- Collaborate with management and staff to develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines; ">
- Provide training and education to employees on safety practices and protocols; ">
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions; ">
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities; ">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field; ">
- OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 certifications; ">
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or engineering safety management; ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ">
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ">
- Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ">
Preferred Qualifications:

- OSHA 10 certification; ">
- HAZWOPER 40 certification; ">
- Excavation/Trenching Competent Person certification; ">
- Confined Space certification; ">
- Fall Protection certification; ">
- Drug & Alcohol for Supervisors certification; ">
- Strong knowledge of project management software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software; ">
- Valid driver's license and CDL preferred; ">
