We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our team at One Tech Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex data, and have a proven track record of delivering accurate and detailed estimates.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of mechanical estimating principles, methods, and best practices.
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Desirable Qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of direct project mechanical estimating experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Software experience with Quotesoft, Accubid, Oracle, and PowerBI preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
