About the Role
One Tech Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Expert to lead project controls processes and consult with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 7 years direct project controls experience. We are looking for a US Citizen or green card holder who can excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presents schedule and budget status reports to project management team and client.
- Validates proper set-up and management of Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
- Analyzes data, logs, and reports in Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools.
- Validates proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) utilization.
- Develops effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flow reports, and forecasts for multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, and 7 years of direct project controls experience.
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Experience with critical path scheduling, project cost management, estimating, and document control is required.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain.
