About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling and Cost Analyst to join our team at One Tech Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 7 years direct project controls experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements project execution plans, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Leverages expertise in critical path scheduling, project cost management, estimating, and document control to drive project success.
- Maintains accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provides expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, and 7 years of direct project controls experience.
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain.
