Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as necessary.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Support food preparation staff by helping with basic food handling tasks when needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate service needs.
- Help maintain an organized storage area for clean dishes and utensils.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and handling.
