Position Summary
Job requirements:
- Under supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations with additional support from the Director of Behavioral Health Services at One to One Health, the EAP Counselor uses evidence-based counseling and psychotherapeutic techniques to assist people in identifying and resolving personal, social, vocational, intrapersonal, and interpersonal concerns and makes referrals for additional services as needed. Job requirements:
- Develops and implements client treatment plans based on mutually accepted goals in a professional, non-judgmental manner.
- Adapts therapeutic approach to meet the needs of individual needs of clients and across diverse populations.
- Contributes to the mission, vision, and program philosophies by way of work product and professional behavior with both colleagues and clients.
- Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA, in addition to federal or state laws specific to disclosure of mental health information, substance abuse or psychotherapy notes.
- Completes documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements, as well as Company and Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
- Licensed in Indiana with LMHC or LMHCA

- Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions
- Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
- Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.
