One to One Health is excited to be growing its telehealth team, expanding from at-work employer clinics to better serve new clients and their employees. One to Ones telehealth product is called TextCare and leverages our onsite clinical and telehealth experience serving school systems, manufacturers, and large universities and extends our exceptional services to smaller companies again with a focus on delivering exceptional care.
TextCare is centered around text messaging, using technology that allows patients to initiate care 24/7 with a simple text. Providers use HIPAA-compliant software that augments the EMR to seamlessly communicate with patients via text, encrypted messaging, voice, and video calls, meeting patients in their preferred channel, so they can receive care or expert advice when they need it most.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a provider to join the rapidly growing TextCare team and to help refine the text-centered patient experience. TextCare providers build patient relationships and are the trusted resource needed to improve health outcomes while minimizing time and financial impacts on patients. TextCare providers deliver care and treatment to patients in a caring, compassionate manner through text, phone, video, and email. As a critical part of the TextCare team, you will play an integral role, in ensuring One to One delivers superior patient experiences to continue the success of TextCare.

- To serve a panel of patients, providing virtual acute care and medical expertise with appropriate follow-up
- Provide pharmacological treatment for patients including prescribing medications using electronic prescribing
- Refer patients to specialty care with an emphasis on appropriateness and value
- Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with other providers where necessary
- Ability and willingness to become licensed in additional states, if needed
- Direct outbound messaging to maintain engagement and utilization levels
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations or see patients in person (on a limited basis), to support awareness campaigns/marketing, Health Risk Assessments, flu shots, or other periodic events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active license in Tennessee required.
- Multi-state licenses preferred(10 additional state licenses highly preferred)
- Experience with telemedicine and a high level of comfort with technology preferred
- BLS Certified

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to Tennessee State Law
- License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Tennessee
- Prescriptive authorization
- Two years of relevant clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS
- DEA
- Certified DOT examiner preferred
