Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.- Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Service Advisor:
Auto Service Advisor or Technician experience is preferred- Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred
- Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge is helpful
- Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
