Responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and monitoring the Bank’s compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Partner with Human Resources to develop and coordinate a compliance training program and operate as a liaison between the Bank and regulators on compliance matters. Serves as the Bank's Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES : Essential job functions include but are not limited to :
- Manage the Bank's consumer compliance program.
- Implement new regulations or changes to existing regulations.
- Update and review bank policies and procedures based on regulatory changes, internal audits, and examinations by regulatory agencies.
- Establish and maintain an ongoing program for internal and external compliance training.
- Monitor resolution of consumer complaints.
- Prepare for regulatory examinations and ensure an adequate corrective action process.
- Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and prepare all regulatory responses with support from all senior managers.
- Monitor all appropriate areas of the bank to determine the degree of compliance with various consumer laws, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and related rules.
- Manage the Bank’s Compliance Committee.

Starting Rate : $5,384.62 - $5,769.23 Biweekly, which annualizes to $140,000.00 - $149,999.98.
