Key Responsibilities
· Onboard new customers, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
· Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
· Proactively identify and address customer needs, concerns, or changing business dynamics.
· Drive product adoption and usage, seeking opportunities for upselling or expansion.
· Advocate for customer needs internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Educate customers on industry best practices, trends, and how to find success with their goals
· Track key performance metrics to measure customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
· Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (preferred)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, consulting, sales, or a similar role.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong B2B sales skills with proven track record of meeting beating sales goals.
· Experience with CRM software (NetSuite preferred) and customer success tools.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Internally driven, ability to work independently to accomplish goals.
· Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
· Experience with automotive dealers (a plus).

Work Environment Reporting Structure
· This role reports directly to VP of Products & Services.

Compensation:
· Job Type: Full-Time
· Pay type: Base Commission
· Pay Range: $60,000 Avg Commission of $15,000 – $25,000 per year
