Position : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location : Paducah, KY
Duration : Contract - TBD
Work Schedule : Flexible Day shifts (Mon to Fri, with occasional weekends if required) - 40 hours weekly
Pay Rate : $65 - 70 / hr.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide crisis counseling and individual, group, and family therapy services.
Participate in regular multidisciplinary facility case staffing meetings to coordinate care plans.
Collaborate with Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals (LBHP) to address significant mental health or behavioral concerns.
Initiate and complete referrals for mental health services as necessary based on the results of screening tools.
Essential Requirements :
Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky.
Must have at least 1-2 years of previous LCSW experience
Must have a clean background
