Position Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Pay: $34 - $40.35/hr
Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available.

• Full-time: 312s or 58s

• PRN: Variable schedule

Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager – Medical/Surgical Services and Clinical Supervisor, and in coordination with the House Supervisor, the Registered Nurse coordinates total nursing care for patients. This includes participating in patient and family education and providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other team members. The RN is responsible for maintaining professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care while monitoring and documenting patient conditions.

• Identify significant changes in patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.

• Participate in patient and family education to ensure understanding and adherence to care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold professional nursing standards and promote optimal outcomes.

• Utilize computer systems for process design, data management, and electronic health records.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ensure a safe, professional, and supportive care environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse License.

• Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.

• ACLS Certification (within 1 month of hire).

• PALS Certification (within 2 months of hire).

• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Meditech or other electronic health record systems preferred
